MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• At least CPA PART I.
• 2 Years working experience in related field.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be presentable.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention.
• Sending statements to customers and do a close follow-up.
• Follow up on COD orders to ensure payment is made as promised by client.
• Assist in retrieving customer’s invoices and invoices notes upon request.
• Visiting clients to follow-up on long past due debts.
• Approving of Order processing form before they are invoiced.
• Assist in conducting due diligence before approving credit for new clients.
• Preparing Demand letter for debts that are past 90days due and ensure they are delivered to respective customer.
• Often appraise credit policy document.
• Releasing weekly report on status of debts that are over 180 days past due.
• Debtor’s reconciliation.
