A Software Provider that offers cloud-hosted B2B GPS Tracking software solution, is looking to recruit aCustomer Onboarding (Inbound) Sales Representativeto be based in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be required to grow the customer base by ensuring a higher conversion rate of trail customers. He/sheMUSTbe tech-savvy, excellent software solution inbound sales background.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates with a Technology / Software solution Company will have a distinct advantage.

Musthave a relevant bachelor’s degree.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in (Inbound) Sales.

Ability to work independently, think out of the box and solve problems.

Passionate about client relationship management & ensuring effective rapport.

Responsibilities

Engage new inbound opportunity customers on email/phone.

Perform online demos & training sessions to showcase the software.

Creating and editing training videos and helpdesk articles with images and tests.

Arranging monthly online webinars & conducting advanced features demonstrations.

Use tools to track the progress of each trial and report success rate proactively.

Collect feedback on each failed trial and input to management daily.

Work with the support team to ensure GPS devices are working flawlessly.

100% responsible for onboarding the customer during their trial period.

Job Requirements
Required education
: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 3 years

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
