Our client is a well-established HEALTHCARE PROVIDER with a large hospital facility in the country and wishes to engage with a well experienced professional with demonstrated performance in the healthcare and/or Insurance industry work experience
This position reports to the Chief Executive of the hospital.
The Business Growth Manager (BGM) role will lead and manage the MARKETING & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE STRATEGY.
This role mainly drives initiatives that impact on business performance & growth through Marketing plans, Customer Relations Management, overseeing the Business Development teams, process excellence, internal & external customer experience, including performance reporting.
CORE PURPOSE (Reason for this job):Developing and leading the implementation of the organization’s Marketing Strategy to deliver brand equity, gain market share and build a strong Business development and Customer Experience team.
DELIVERABLES RESPONSIBILITIES (execution scope & focus)
Strengthen and grow the Brand
Develop performing partner relationships and grow Corporate client base
Deliver a Winning Customer Experience design and lead execution

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education:The holder must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution,
Added Advantage:Experience and qualifications in Hospital Management Systems, leading commercial business units
Experience:At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in Healthcare and/or Insurance Industry as HoD
