Job Summary
TakaTaka Solutions is looking to recruit a reliableDelivery Driver (TukTuk)who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner. The candidate will report to the Office admin.
Responsibilities
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Qualifications
Diploma preferred, KCSE as a minimum.
Valid driver license (TukTuk, bike, car)
2 years of experience as a minimum
Good writing and recording skills

Skills and competencies
Strong time management and customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
Open, critical and proactive communication style about problem areas
Drive and commitment
Honesty and integrity
A problem-solving ability
