REF: JKU/ADM/DR/04/2024Applicants must possess:PhD in Management related field andThree (3) years' experience in grade 13 or equivalentORMaster's degree in either Social Science, Human Resource, Public Administration or any relevant area from a recognized institution andFive (5) years' experience in grade 13Applicants who have acted as Deputy Registrar, Grade 14 for at least six months will have an added advantageIn addition, all applicants must:Have attended training(s) on administrative skills such as organization, teamwork, communication, time management, multitasking, conflict resolution, planning & coordination, problem solving and judgment, leadership & motivation, teamwork & collaboration, accountability, attention to detail, relationship building, strategic focus, organizational awareness and be results and service orientedBe knowledgeable and experienced in working with computerized information systems such as HRMIS, ERP, SAGEHave wide experience in management and processes of Institutions of higher learningHave demonstrated leadership qualitiesBe conversant with the requirements of Kenyan Constitution, National Laws and Policies governing University educationBe of the highest ethical standards, integrity and professionalismBe a member of a relevant Professional Body where applicable
