Title: Direct SalesRepresentative – Logbook Loans
Location: Nairobi
Retainer: 15k plus commission
Our client is an existing financial institution offering logbook loans. The seek to hire highly aggressive direct sales representative to push sales for the company.
Responsibilities
Network and generate leads and opportunities to sell the financial services
Reach potential clients using various sales techniques
Keep clients abreast of product and service enhancements, including changes in finance options.
Assess and understand the clients overall financial position and based on their needs develop a financial plan
Achieve set targets within the allocated timelines
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly sales reports

Qualifications
KCSE D+ and above
Degree or diploma in Marketing (Added Advantage)
Excellent communication skills both in English and Swahili
Self-motivation, drive and commitment
Sales and negotiation skills
Excellent reporting and presentation skills
Result driven, honest and reliable
Confident and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
