Key Purpose StatementThe role of the Driver Forklift is to efficiently operate a forklift, carry out autonomous maintenance tasks, maintain high GMP and OSH standards while sharing knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure compliance with processes and procedures at all times.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesUse and operate forklift safely and correctly as per specific operating instructions and applicable to the specific machineCarry out autonomous maintenance and preventive maintenance tasksDaily inspection,detection and prompt escalation of any breakdownsLoading and offloading of trucks,CFBs and full goods from and to productionMaintain GMP within the warehouseAssist in stock rotation,creating of bins and sorting of CFBsSkills, Experience & EducationExperienceMinimum 2 years' experience as a Forklift Driver in an FMCG environmentEducationDiploma in supply chain management or any business related course will be an added advantageMinimum Kenya Certificate of Secondary EducationCertified Forklift Drivers' License, Category G
