Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, in marketing, business management or related
2. Familiar with cross-border e-commerce websites and their operation modes, well experience in local e-commerce platform self-built stations or third-party platforms, keen cross-border e-commerce brand operation ideas and relatively rich actual combat experience;
3. 2-5 years of cross-border / local e-commerce operation and management experience, and proficient in multi-platform and multi-channel management experience is preferred;
4. Excellent communication
5. Excellent sales performance in the past, with priority given to a variety of consumer goods categories;
Job Description:
1. Responsible for formulating cross-border e-commerce team performance targets and target decomposition, achieve departmental business targets and support the completion of the Company's performance targets
2. Responsible for formulating online marketing plans and promotion strategies according to the company's product characteristics
3. Responsible for formulating and completing the Company's product promotion guidelines and sales guidelines
4. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of cross-border e-commerce trading platform, including online purchase, delivery, after-sales service and other processes
5. Responsible for establishing and improving the organizational structure, division of responsibilities, management and control of operating expenses of cross-border e-commerce operation departments;
6. Responsible for the formation and management of e-commerce teams and establish an effective incentive and assessment mechanism; Business and category planning to assist brand promotion in the local market;
7. Responsible for managing the daily operation of the operation team, including the promotion and promotion of e-commerce platforms, the user operation of special activities, etc.;
