Executive Chef

Qualifications:
• He/She should have a degree from a mainstream University and at least 5 years experience in a busy commercial kitchen.
• Experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
• The prospective candidates should have knowledge of portioning, costing, menu development and cooking African cuisine.
• Knowledge of other cuisines will be an added advantage.
• Other soft qualifications like communication skills, team player and customer service will be key.
