Start in one role, work hard, learn, and we will be more than happy to help you advance in your career.Responsibilities:Contact recently churned customers to resolve payment issuesHandle chargebacks and disputesTrack churn reasonsOverall communication with The Events Calendar team Requirements: Experience with FPR, retention, billing (email and voice)Strong communication skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, with a methodical approach to all tasksSolid customer service skillsFluent English speakerDetail orientedStrong follow through on tasksWordPress familiarity - especially as related to making websitesPlatforms the candidate should be familiar with:Customer service platform is LiveAgent (similar to Zendesk, Helpscout, etc)Commerce system is WooCommerceMerchant accounts through Braintree and PayPalTeam collaboration via Slack and Google MeetThe automated email platform is Zaius, no need to use this directly, but it could be a future area to pull reports from on automated recovery effortsOur customer market and tools revolve around WordPress, so familiarity in that area is very helpful.
