Applicants are invited to fill in the position of a Famila Process Operator to be based at Unga Limited - CST.Job Purpose

This position will ensure the achievement of the agreed production quality and quantity of the finished products.

Knowledge, Skill, and Experience Required

a. Diploma, Mechanical /Electrical Engineering.

b. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing industry

c. Knowledge of GMP/FSMS/HACCP/ISO are added advantage

d. Computer skills

e. Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

a. Assist and Coordinate with the Quality team to Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures in the production area.b. Enforcing and adherence to GMP at the Famila plant.

c. Prepare Famila report in terms of Efficiency, posting, reworks and sweepings while maintaining the accuracy of the report

d. Adhere to change over procedures (SOP).

e. Support SHE, 6K, AM initiatives and objectives within the Famila plant.

f. Adhere to cost control methods by eliminating spillages, sweeping and energy conservation measures.

g. Escalate any Non-conformance in Quality, SHE and take right measures to mitigate deviations.

h. Accountable for raw material usage and stock control of variances.

i. Ensure shift is compliant of OSHA requirements.
