Your Role

As Field Operations Assistant, you will provide visibility on fuel quality and logistics activities while ensuring highest HSE standards are maintained.
What You Will Do

Implement laid down fuel supply chain protocols including health, safety, and quality in conjunction with our fuel partner
Participate in fuel sampling and testing to ensure fuel supply remains within specification
Provide daily reports on fuel delivery activities including any incidents
Provide feedback on the KOKO technology used by the operators and identify areas of improvement
Monitor in conjunction with the fleet team the performance of company owned Micro tankers
Assist supervisors in ensuring that the Micro Tanker operators and Quality Marshalls are adhering to quality and safety requirements
Mentor operators and assistants on existing and tech improvements, KOKO maintenance activities and incident management
Monitor closely the fuel network and identify areas that need improvement or increased delivery capacities
What You Will Bring to KOKO

Higher diploma in a technical discipline
1+ year of hands-on experience in a technical field
Ability to adapt in a highly technological environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good data analysis skills
Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
