Job Summary

The manager is required to i) Manage accounting for leasing activities plus current account and payroll ii) give financial reports and lease models.

THE SKILLS
• Highest level of honesty and professionalism to handle money and accounts
• Excel pro user able to quickly create revenue accounting models and analytical reports
• Proficient with IFRS accounting
• Attention to details, patience and precision to do weekly or monthly revenue splits between Untapped and its lessees
• Proficient with accounting software (XERO, QuickBooks etc.) to edit companies accounts
• Proficient with payroll rules to edit company’s payslips
• Analytical mind to give sense to figures and not only produce them
THE PROFILE
• Degree in accounting or finance
• 2-4 years of work experience in accounting, finance, a consulting or investment firm
• Very good at accounting and finance but also very analytical
• An entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter who answers questions before they are asked and solves problems before they become known

• Accuracy of the information provided
• Pace at which reports are produced
• Quality of the analysis

Market rate compensation with a quick increase as soon as candidate is confirmed and variable compensation to be defined.
