Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinating and conducting forest fire fighting, disaster management activities, and security of service installations, property, personnel, and movable assets in county forests.Coordinating, collection, analysis, and dissemination of information/intelligence.Maintaining public amenities such as roads, campgrounds, and trails in the county forest.Compiling and submitting reports to the sub-county forester.Enforcing and compliance with forestry devolved functions in county forests, public lands, and in the movement of forest produce.Requirements for Appointment:Must be a Kenyan Citizen (Attach ID).Minimum of D+ in KCSE.Be age 18-35 years.Be 5.6ft (men) and 5.3ft (women) in height as certified by a Registered Medical Officer from a Government Hospital.Be physically and medically fit as certified by a Registered Medical Officer from a Government Hospital.Female candidates should not be pregnant before recruitment and during training.
