Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide customer care and support to internal & external clients and solving their problems.Support the principal in receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail & drafting letters and disseminating them appropriately and timely.Front office managementIn liaison with the HR department, help in Induction process of the new staff up-on reporting.In liaison with the principal, help in internal communication.In Liaison with other departmental heads to understand what's new and relevant for staff to know.Act as the secretary and take minutes for management's meeting.Assist in preparation and logistics of various meeting and conferences.Required competencies, education, and experienceRelevant Diploma in secretarial courses.2 years of working experience as a front desk officerHaving worked in a learning institution as a front desk officerExcellent computer skills with good mastery of MS Office applications Good communication skills.Competent professional with technical skills and up-to-date knowledge in front office management.Good team player.Fluent in oral English and Kiswahili and excellent written English language skillsCompetent oral and verbal communicator while working with individuals and teams.
