We are searching for an experienced GPS Tracking Manager to join our growing institution.
Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise, coordinate and ensure timely installation of GPS trackers for quick and smooth sales process in all regions.
Ensuring that GPS Installation Technician submit a daily report on GPS Tracking Devise
installed i.e trackers IMEI number, Simcards IMEI Number & Chassis Number, the
Vehicle/Motorbike/Tuktuk Number Plate, Installation date and the region.
Monitor devices after disbursement, alert DC if asset goes offline suspiciously
Planning and scheduling re-installation of offline GPS devices
Prepare and share daily tracking report (offline and online)
Ensure tracking reports for stolen/accident assets to insurance company in a timely manner
Analysis of offline GPS devices and sharing investigation reports to Debt Collection Manager
Staff performance management
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
University degree in Business Administration/ Management or any business related field
2+ year experience in a similar role
Experience in a vehicle tracking company will be an added advantage.
Having an in depth understanding vehicle tracking systems
Must have excellent leadership and organizational skills
Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent IT skills and ability to interpret data.
Integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
Fluent in English and Swahili
