This role contributes to the overall business growth, and the mainKey Performance Indicators are Business Growth, Increased Revenue & and Profitability, Business Expansion, Increased Productivity, and Cost Efficiency.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement annual commercial strategies and plans to meet sales and profitability goals.Manage and lead the team, set targets and objectives, and monitor performance.Negotiate deals, contracts, and commercial agreements with clients, suppliers, and other partners.Identify new business opportunities and develop competitive sales and marketing strategies.Forecast sales and prepare commercial reports analyzing market trends and competitor activities.Monitor budgets and ensure commercial activities are delivered within agreed cost limits.Maintain excellent client relationships and handle customer queries and complaints effectively.Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Provide commercial recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.Requirements:10+ years of progressive business leadership experienceDegree in business, marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.Track record of achieving strategic growth/financial targetsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skillsExperience in business development and executing commercial strategies.Results and solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively at the board level within a startup environment.Good moral standing and God fearing.
