Our client, in the Manufacturing sector is looking to recruit and engage an HR Assistant.ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily attendance of construction/factory staff.Assisting with the compilation of staff recruitment in alignment with payroll registerAssist as required that all the new staff are holding valid medical reportsAssisting with staff welfare and issues as requestedAssist with monitoring/enforcement of wearing of appropriate PPEs and reporting of non-compliancePreparing a weekly schedule of staff terminations and reasons for terminationAssist with distribution of Employment contractReporting to supervisor on terminations that are not aligned to Labor LawsResponding to incidents and accidents at site through facilitating hospital logistics, reporting to Supervisors and coordinating with client where necessaryTaking initiative to remain abreast of WIBA, safety codes and the employment regulations.Ability understand payroll process including keeping abreast of staff wages and ability to understand payroll reportsEnsure and maintain proper staff records at all times.Flexibility to travel to the field at short noticeMaintaining good relationship with health facilities and hospitalsMonitoring health facility hospital account and liaise with Finance to ensure payments are made in good timeRequirement and Qualifications.Bachelors degree in Human Resources1-3 years experience in working in a factory set up.The candidate must have the ability to apply data to formulas in excel and computer graphics.Computer knowledge as most plants use computerized equipment.SkillsGood communication skillsMust be Empathetic and understandingGood Relationship management skillsGood time manager
