Role DescriptionOur client in the beauty industry is seeking to recruit a Human Resource Officer. This is a full-time role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Human Resource Officer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing employee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, conducting employee performance evaluations, and resolving any HR-related issues.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related fieldPrevious work experience in the beauty industry is a plusProven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR roleKnowledge of HR best practices, policies, and proceduresAbility to work with HR software and toolsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesHigh level of confidentiality and integrityAbility to work independently and as part of a team
