Our client is a leading dairy manufacturing company. They seek to hire a well experienced and efficient ICT technician who will support, monitor, and maintain the company’s ICT systems. S/he will also solve the technical problems, install and configure hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day to day on-site administrative support and periodic servicing of the network and all peripherals
Handles all computers related installations, updating the required hardware, software, and network connections
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems and provide technical assistance for questions and problems
Assist in undertaking the implementation of ICT strategies.
Resolving problems with software applications, hardware, networks, and other ICT systems
Making follow-ups with users to ensure full resolution of issues
Requesting and documenting user feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve ICT support services and training methods
Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems
Installing or changing software to fix issues and remotely accessing hardware or software for users to make changes and fix problems

Qualifications
Must have a Diploma in either ICT, computer science, or its equivalent from a recognized university
Must have 3 years working experience in a similar role.
Minimum KCSE certificate C – (minus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills
Must be a team player
Must have good Problem solving and analytical skills
