For this internship position, fluency in English is required.ResponsibilitiesUnder the Supervision of Associated Human Settlements Officers the intern will:- Support waste management projects managed by the unit, especially Waste Wise Cities and African Clean Cities Platform. This includes research on awareness raising programmes, contributing to the bi-monthly newsletter, supporting member cities, preparing events, etc.- Assist with concept note development for project preparation- Provide research for backgrounders/information materials;- Undertake other assignments as required for the development and implementation of the work programme of the Urban Basic Services Section
