Junior Project Officer

We are looking for a junior project manager to support in the management of various donor projects. The candidate will be responsible for tracking and reporting on resources, projects and performance.

Responsibilities

Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
- Managing co-ordination of the departments engaged in project work

- Detailed project planning and control. Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan
Set-up appropriate data collection mechanisms.
- Monitoring project progress and performance
- Providing reports to the management team and donor
- Managing project training within the defined budget
- Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs
- Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programs

Job Requirements
Required education
: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 12 months

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
