Maintenance Engineer At Viscar Industrial Capacity

Job description
The job holder will be in charge of the machinery maintenance, hands-on engineering, installation, commissioning, technical troubleshooting, and problem solving engineering and sourcing spare parts.
Responsibilities
Machinery maintenance: – power and lightning systems, automation system, chillers, coolers, water storage systems, fire alarms systems and
Sourcing of spare parts and sourcing services from different suppliers and distributers.
Prepare requirements and ensure availability of maintenance work spares, materials.
Carrying out quality inspections on maintenance
Ensuring equipment’s are properly maintained to meet production schedules and quality
Stay up to date with maintenance techniques and
Implementation of Kaizen Principles and 5cs
Ensuring compliance with corporate and plat safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory
Analysing maintenance problems and implementing corrective action

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical and Plant
Diploma/Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2-4 Years’ experience on manufacturing environment with knowledge in hydraulic electric
Effective technical skills
Interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
