Key Responsibilities:

• Building and managing a highly effective workforce
• Responsible for processes procedures and documentations
• Managing the team and ensuring efficiency in operations
• Setting KPIs for the team and responsible for the delivery of the overall outcomes and targets
• Managing team performance and operations
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Ensuring compliance at all levels
• Observing market trends and advising management
• Preparation and presentation of requisite reports
• Conducting market research and development of suitable products
• Ensuring proper documentations
• Liaising with relevant bodies that support the business

Competencies & Experience:
• Must have prior experience leading and in operations in a cleaning company or related.
• Experience in setting up systems and processes
• Degree in business related field
• Must be commercially inclined
• 7 years’ experience 3 of which must be in management
