Industrial and Commercial Development Corporation (ICDC), is a Development Finance Institution (DFI) with over 60 years of experience in promoting projects that create wealth and jobs for Kenyans in diverse sectors of the economy. ICDC supports projects in the Manufacturing, Agro-processing, ICT Infrastructure and software development and Energy sectors towards the realization of the Government’s Big Four Agenda. ICDC in its strategic move to support its mandate and attain planned growth seeks to recruit an innovative, transformational and result-driven individual with a high level of integrity who will assist the Corporation in the achievement of its mandate and strategic objectives.
Job Qualifications

1. Certified qualification in; Financial Analyst (CFA), Investment and Financial

Analyst (CIFA), (CPA (K) or Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA

(UK) or equivalent qualification

2.Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Business, Economics,

Engineering, or any other relevant field from a recognized institution

3. Master's degree in any relevant field from a recognized institution

4. Member of a relevant professional body
Job Requirements/Specifications
1 At least ten (10) years relevant work experience five (5) of which must have been in a management position

Responsibilities

1.Develop and implement customer centric strategies based on market needs
2.Identify opportunities to initiate viable projects

3. Identify project funding options

4. Evaluate the viability of the investment opportunities

5. Identify and mitigate key project risks

6.Monitor the implementation and operation of projects

7. Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements in

projects

8. Manage the project portfolio

9. Develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining prime clients

10. Prepare investment performance reports

11. Oversee collection of outstanding accounts receivable from historical nonperforming loans portfolio

12. Any other responsibility as may be necessary to achieve the Corporation's objectives
