Qualifications
4-6 years prior Office Administration/ Accounting experience preferred

Hands-on experience with MS Office and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and office management software (ERP etc.)

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures

Familiarity with finance regulations

Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors

Bcom/BA with Accounting option or relevant field is preferred

CPA section 1

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

Administration
Basic reception duties including answering inbound and outbound calls

Setup and maintain office files and record systems

Help in arrangements of company functions

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Prepare monthly reports for billing, payment records, activity and status of budget

Input recommendations/suggestions of annual office budget

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Maintain the petty cash book

Accounting
Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards

Enter financial transactions into internal databases

Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts

Review and file payroll documents

Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies

Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable

Customer Service
Dealing with online or walk-in clients

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Take the extra mile to engage customers

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Job Requirements
Required education
: Diploma, Associate's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 5 years

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
