Operational Manager

We are looking to recruit an Operational Manager with outstanding leadership ability and networking skills.Skills and Qualifications

Graduate in Finance/Accounts/Business/Procurement. MBA will be an added advantage

Must have worked as a Senior Manager within procurement department in a major parastatal in Kenya

Minimum experience of 5 years

Age 35-40 years

Excellent communication skills

Very presentable personality.

Knowledge in Government tendering process

Responsibilities

Develop a strategy plan on government tendering opportunities
Recruit and train a team to work on tender documentation, follow up and close such opportunities

Develop and build network within government and parastatals so to build sufficient business capacity

Establish and manage procurement and supply chain processes

Work on budget forecast and costs management to ensure shareholders return is maximized

Establish clear operational guidelines for the company.

: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 5 years
