Our client is an established FMCG company. They seek to hire an agile, highly-skilled, experienced, and results-oriented Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and interface with other departments.
Responsibilities
Managing Customer accounts and ensuring coordination with the sales team
Analysis of daily, weekly and monthly performance
Collection and collation of relevant data for accurate and timely decision making
Working closely with the CEO to ensure all the company operational assignments are completed in time.
Develop, implement and monitor SOPs for the key processes
Review and report on the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of the operations and other information that is necessary for the management
Follow up with other departments for accurate data for analysis and decision making
Monitoring of the company processes and recommending improvements
Following with other departments on the closure of their actions
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the CEO from time to time

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or IT
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience of which five (2) years should be preferably in the Manufacturing Industry
Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage
Highly developed analytical and reporting skills
Well versed with SAP
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
Excellent communication and presentation skills

NB
MUST have experience with SAP
