These medical centers feature three to five consulting rooms with a practice that is home to specialists, qualified medical officers, highly-experienced nurses and constant reception cover. The clinics offer an on-site pharmacy and laboratory as well as imaging services. The incumbent will be responsible for ordering of all eye-related products and ensure that they are fitted, adjusted and repaired properly. Responsibilities: Assist in guiding patients when selecting frames for proper fit and stylingMaintaining shop displaysBasic bookkeeping duties associated with tracking patient's orders and recording purchases and other necessary information for each patientWorking with sales professionals from vision care suppliersEnsuring that all orders arrive and are to the specifications of the patientRequirements: Diploma in a Sales and Marketing related field from a reputable Institution2 years' work experience as an Optical Assistantexcellent interpersonal and organizational skills
