Role DescriptionThe Paid Search Specialist is a role primarily responsible for monitoring, managing, reporting, and supporting planning for paid search programs. This position should have an understanding of the program strategy and objectives to ensure a flawless execution and reporting approach that aligns with campaign goals and objectives. This position accurately executes programs while closely monitoring campaigns and delivering reporting that aligns with and accomplishes our client's goals and objectives. Ad Operations is not a part of this role, and candidates with only AdOps experience (even if it included Search) do not meet our criteria.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience independently executing paid search programs through all stagesExperience in running campaigns for highly regulated industryStrong understanding of Search Engine Marketing mechanisms and optimization techniquesExperience with the US marketFluent English – written and oralUnderstanding of metrics and analytical thinkingStrong attention to detailsWorking knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office ExcelWorking knowledge and experience using TableauExperience in leading a teamExperience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare category
