Key Roles and Responsibilities:-Installation Quality Assurance: Verify that PAYGO solar pumping systems are installed correctly and efficiently, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.Training Delivery: Provide comprehensive training to customers and installation service providers, ensuring they understand the system's operation, maintenance, and how to maximize benefits.Data-Driven Insights: Gather field data about system performance, challenges, and customer feedback. This data will be crucial for product improvement and customer satisfaction.Demo Farm Optimization: Help maintain the demo farm as a showcase for the technology and a powerful educational tool.Key Qualifications and Competencies:-Holder of Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering or closely related field from a recognized institution.Experience with solar power systems, pump solutions, irrigation and equipment monitoring systems.Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.Passion for renewable energy and customer-focused solutions.Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
