Job Description
Have a working experience of large printing machineis;
Supervise all operations in the printing sections;
Maintain records of quantities of products dispatched internally and externally;
Ensure quality of work and meet customers’ expectations;
Minimize wastage in all bindery
Formulate and set performance targets and supervise, coach and mentor staff for optimal performance outputs;
Maintain plant resources to ensure optimal utilization levels
Manage machine preventive maintenance programs

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Printing Technology and Publishing or Its
Higher National Diploma or Diploma in Printing Technology or a relevant field from a recognized
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work
Problem solving, analytical, leadership, decision making, integrity, good communication, organization and planning skills.
A good team player maintains high work standards, reliable, easily adapts to new environments, pays attention to detail and self-motivated.
