Product Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist - KenyaAs a Product QA, your primary mission is to ensure that all new product releases meet the intended level of quality. This involves defining clear and concise test cases, automating test cases using an automated testing framework, and verifying that platform documentation and trainings are up to date.Key Responsibilities:Define and Run Test PlansGather requirements for functionalities to be tested.Document test cases.Define testing plans for releases.Execute acceptance test plans for every release.Assist in choosing and implementing a Test Management system.Automate Test CasesExpand and consolidate the pool of automated acceptance tests.Documentation Review and Update Review platform documentation.Create Knowledge base articles based on new features of the platform.Update training slides to align with product changes.Write release notes for each new product version.Your Profile:BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.ISTQB Foundation Level (or above) is a plus.3+ years' experience in software development & software quality assurance.Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance Methodologies, tools, and processes.Hands-on experience of automated testing frameworks and testing solutions.Good technical knowledge (Linux/Python/DB).Experience with Big Data technologies (Elasticsearch/Spark/Kafka).Strong understanding of AI technologies.Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans.Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to work with high autonomy as well as with transversal teams.Organized and structured.Problem-solving and result-oriented mindset.Why join usAn international experience with a global customer base A dynamic environment with passionate colleaguesThe opportunity to be a part of an exciting adventureCutting Edge technologiesThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast growing successful and innovative company
