Collaborate with the Head of Sales Cement Additives Department to formulate and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Mozambique, and South Africa.? Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, assess market trends, and understand customer needs.? Drive the development of new business relationships and partnerships to establish a strong foothold in the target regions.? Analyse the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify key competitors and market positioning.? Provide actionable insights to enhance the competitiveness of our products and services.? Develop and implement a distributor network strategy, identifying and onboarding suitable partners in collaboration with the Head of Cement Additives Department.? Provide support to distributors to ensure effective representation of our products in the market.? Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including cement manufacturers, distributors, and industry bodies.? Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of market entry plans.? Manage market entry within specified timelines, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.? Provide regular reports on market performance, competitor activities, and progress against targets.?
