Candidate Specification:
Should be Mechanical Engineer with ample knowledge in ERP processing, preferably SAP.
Qualification: Minimum 6 years of production experience in a busy manufacturing organization

Job Description:
Creates a production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation
Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand
Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to
determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite the flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
Interacts with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service and
Accounting.
Confers with department supervisors to determine the status of assigned projects.
Prepares production reports.
May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency.
