We are seeking responsible, attentive property managers to oversee and maintain our various properties.This position requires tending to and ensuring the buildings and grounds of the property are maintained and well-kept. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as you will frequently interact with tenants, landlords, contractors, and service staff.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLook after and manage all properties under our jurisdictionEnsure all necessary maintenance needs are effectively taken care ofHire and contract personnel to repair or replace broken items or infrastructureCheck contractor work / repair works and ensure it is up to standardImmediately attend to tenant questions and concernsDeal with complaints in a calm and professional mannerInteract directly with potential tenants, showing properties and explaining current lease agreementsTrack and maintain lease agreements and contractsCreate strategic business plans for the property, ensuring adherence to budgetTrack, organize and maintain budgetary files and financial informationEnsure bills and invoices are paid on timeAssist in formation of property rules and regulations and ensure they are followedManage and supervise Property staffCollect and deposit rent paymentsAnalyze property performance and create marketing initiatives to increase occupancyFollow all anti-discrimination laws, local property, and real estate regulationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in real estate or related field preferredMasters in related field an added advantageAt least 5 years supervisory or management experience preferred: previous work in real estate a major plusProficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.)Experience analyzing budgetary dataOrganized and detail-orientedExceptional communication skills both oral and writtenSolid understanding of local real estate and property laws & guidelinesRegistered with Estate Agent Registration BoardKnowledge on Business Development
