Qualitative Research Assistant At Kenya Medical Research Institute – Kemri

Develop an in-depth understanding of study design and goals, and ensure that the study is conducted in compliance with study protocols and other regulatory requirements.Identify and mobilize eligible participants for the interviews and FGDsWork closely with the study coordinators to prepare weekly interview and FGD schedulesConduct qualitative interviews among participantsAssist in transcription and translation of the collected dataProvide regular progress reports to the study coordinatorsEnsure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of research and data collection activitiesParticipate in regular research team meetingsRespond to questions about the study posed by participants and any other relevant personsOther duties as assigned by the Study Coordinator
