Quality Analyst

Ensure products samples are drawn during processing for analysis and continue monitoring alongside the quality team to ensure no deviations. Maintain systems to assure compliance to all QA requirements including Document Control and Records, Specifications, Verification, Product Identification Trace and Recall, Incident Management, Food Safety Fundamentals. Reports standards deviation on quality standards on time to the millers and operators for corrective action. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience Degree in Food Science and Technology required Minimum 2 years experience as Quality Analyst in a Food processing environment Advanced computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and proficient use of the internet and email; Competencies Highest level of personal and professional integrity. Responsive and flexible with a strong commitment to quality. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Have a high sense of accuracy, attention to detail, and good analytical ability.
