As the Quality Control Manager Manager, you will develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies and procedures, oversee the day-to-day operations of the quality control program, including inspections, tests, and audits, conduct regular internal and external quality control audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures among other duties.Overall ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a system for monitoring and evaluating quality control data, and report findings to senior management.Identify and investigate quality control issues and recommend solutions to improve the quality of products, services, and processes.Work closely with the production, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure that quality control considerations are integrated into the design, development, and production processes.Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.Specific Roles And ResponsibilitiesInspect all the incoming raw materials. Apply now!QualificationsAn engineering degree for a recognized university.Technical Diploma or Technical University Degree as an added advantage.At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control and assurance5+ years of experience working with quality systems and Testing certification-RT, UT, MPT Level 1 added advantage.
