Our client is a real estate company based in Kitengela town that specializes in selling land.

Minimum Qualification:Diploma
Experience Level:Entry level
Experience Length:1 year
Job Description/Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Marketing and Sourcing for new business.
. Selling of plots.
. Advertisement of properties on sale.
. Advising the management on matters marketing.
. Any other related duties delegated by the management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
. Diploma in sales and marketing or related field.
. At least 1-2 year relevant experience in selling land is a key requirement.
. Must have excellent interpersonal communication and social skills.
. Must be passionate and proactive
. Must be fluent in verbal and written English and Swahili languages.
. Must be willing to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
. Be of utmost integrity.

MONTHLY NET SALARY:Ksh. 15,000 + Commissions on all sales made.
