Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Understanding market requirements of Kenya
- On-boarding dealers/partners and finalizing contracts for both Ecofrost and Ecotron
- Ensuring healthy payments from dealers/partners
- Achieving sales targets for Kenya
- Identifying right customer for expansion in Kenya
- Collaborating with production team for delivery schedules
- Competitor analysis of products, services, pricing etc.
- Product innovation inputs to product management team
- Identifying partners for logistics, stocking, service, lead generation in Kenya
- Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures
- Ensure proper maintenance of Sales MIS for Kenya
- Support in policy advocacy if required
- On-boarding at least 5 active dealers for Ecofrost and Ecotron each
- Sale of 500 - 1000 Ecotron units and 50 - 100 Ecofrost units
- Identifying 2-3 key partners for operations in Kenya


Requirements for the Role

- 3-5 years experience in handling exports
- Experience of selling agriculture equipment. Experience in cold rooms segment is preferred
- Should have experience in agriculture sector
- Preferably Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics/Mechanical
- Handled exports previously and done sale of at least Rs. 3 Crores
- Exposure to Agri sector
- Closed 1-2 sales deals with large corporates
- MBA from tier 2 institute
