Job Description

Responsibilities
Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales revenue
Tracking customer satisfaction and develop a retention plan
Seek to increase brand visibility of company’s products
Advocating a positive client experience demonstrating proactive problem solving, investigating complaints and acting on the feedback
Follow up on payment from due accounts t ensure timely settlement
Maintain thorough knowledge of company’s products
Collect orders from customers to achieve set target
Attending meetings with potential clients and closing sales deals
Working to weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager
Maintain and developing relationships with existing and new customers
Participate in events and promotions as advised by marketing department
Prepare sales reports

Skills and qualifications
Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing
Possess excellent sales and negotiating skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
Good organizational skills and ability to schedule and manage their own workload
Computer literate
At least 3 years in sales with proven record
