Sales Associate (Retail)

The candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer experience, managing the store floor, stock management and building & developing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in Luxury Retail.Key Responsibilities Serving clients in the shop.Dealing with customer enquiries.Inputting sales and shipments into the sales systems.Dealing with emails.Placing orders with our other locations – Europe and other parts of Africa.Sending out daily reports.Stock takes in the shop and the outlets.Polishing and cleaning Silver, cleaning the shop daily, and arranging flowers for the shop.Handling weekly reportsTravel to other outlets in Nairobi and Kenya Qualifications: Degree in Customer Service/Sales or a related field2 years experience in a similar positionExemplary attention to detailExcellent communication skills and telephone etiquetteShould be willing to attend events held by the companyOutstanding interpersonal skillsExcellent sales personOrganized and punctualGood Team playerExcellent Computer skills
