Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong client relationships, and ensuring the success of our healthcare training and services within the health sector.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Sales & Business Development, Excellent Communication Skills, and a proven track record in building successful relationships with organizations in the Private, Public and Not-for Profit sectors. Key responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the agriculture sector, including agricultural organizations, farmers, and agribusiness professionals.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the agriculture industry.Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their training needs, challenges, and goals.Cultivate positive and long-term relationships with existing and potential clients in the agriculture sector.Address client inquiries promptly and provide relevant information about our agriculture training and consultancy services.Customer Success:Ensure the successful onboarding of new clients, providing guidance on available training programs and consultancy services.Proactively engage with clients to understand their ongoing needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions for continuous success.Monitor client satisfaction and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.Sales Presentations and Proposals:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our agriculture training and consultancy services.Develop detailed proposals outlining customized solutions, pricing structures, and terms tailored to the needs of agricultural clients.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research within the agriculture sector to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.Analyze customer feedback and market trends to adapt sales and customer success strategies to the agriculture industry.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.Proven experience in sales and customer success, preferably within the agriculture sector.In-depth understanding of agriculture training programs and consultancy services.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.At least 2 to 3 years' experience in any fast-paced company. (Preferably a corporate training organization).Advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.High level understanding of computer technology.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneAnalytical mind and great business senseOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
