What we are looking for We are seeking a highly ambitious individual specializing in B2B enterprise sales, with a focus on delivering software solutions to enterprise clients across Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to ascend to a regional sales leadership role within a global software company. What does the job involve Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base across specified regions. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, including initial contact, presentation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with executive and C-suite teams of large corporations. Partner with internal technical teams, such as product managers, to customize sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop new sales strategies and enhance existing offerings. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B enterprise sales. Proven track record of managing the entire sales process for major enterprise clients, particularly in Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa. Demonstrated expertise in selling advanced technical software products, including solutions for digital transformation such as customer experience platforms, cybersecurity, and AI technologies. Exceptional ability to collaborate with technically oriented internal teams (e.g., product managers) to customize sales presentations and demonstrations according to client requirements. Extensive experience in engaging with executive and C-suite teams of large corporations within Africa. Benefits TBD
