Sales & Marketing Officer - Food & Beverage

· Develop and implement packages such as food discount and offers in order to bring more people into Char-Choma.
· Focus on events, target market and win business through outside sales calls, hosting site inspections of Char-Choma, cold calls and emails, networking, attending industry and association events.
· Prospect, solicit and close new business deals, as well as maintain repeat clients’ thus maximizing revenues.
· Creation of Corporate clients profile, accounts and log.
· Responsible for all phases of the sales process from lead generation, contracting, servicing, and rebooking.
· Works closely with the service team in preparing events, rooms/spaces per client specifications.
· Work closely with kitchen to ensure consistency and quality control in food production chain as per Char-Choma Restaurant set standards.
· Inspect event space and displays with Outlet Manager to meet and exceed clients’ expectations. (Being present at all functions is a requirement.)
· Professionally represent Char-Choma and be the brand representative in the community and other industry organizations and events.
· Monitor guest feedback, optimize guest engagement, retention and take appropriate corrective action to complaints.· Prepare, present and quantify sales and marketing reports, strategies and plans
· Create content for ads, promotions, offers and events for Char-Choma.
· Generate marketing projection reports, budgets, calendar and
· Perform any other job- related duties as required or requested.
Overall responsible for achieving F&B food revenue goals by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase overall sales.
