To be considered for this position, it’s imperative that you have a background in the travel, tourism,e-commerce and or payments industries – with experience and knowledge of CRM systems, procedures management, leads management, sales support/coordination and sales training.

Responsibilities
CRM management; manage and coordinate CRM usage across the group, train and test sales team,CRM cleanup, maintenance and upgrades, manage CRM automation
Procedures management; continually monitoring, reviewing and challenging the process to identify gaps, propose changes and implement amendments, create new procedures as the need arises,ensure sales team are aligned with procedures
Leads management; liaise with the Marketing Team for the generation of sales qualified leads, assign and distribute among team members
Sales support/coordination; manage the calendar for Group Head of Sales, coordinate all communications, handle all inquiries for the Sales Department, check KYC compliance for accounts,update and ensure communications and resources are properly arranged on SharePoint, ensure all proposals are relevant in the sector/merchant prior to release, ensure new system updates, features and procedures are regularly communicated
Sales training; organise and manage training programmes for sales-force such as induction and regular HQ training, educate sales force on new system updates, features and procedures, recommend training opportunities subject to adaptability to requirements and assess refresher training needs for the sales team
