Sales Supervisor

A dairy company that manufactures frozen dairy products, is looking to recruit aSales Supervisorto be based in Mombasa. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring & enhancing compliance at the Sales Depots. He/sheMUSThave Prior experience supervising a team, preferably in FMCG. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position is required.
Have a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Have strong attention to detail and approach tasks with a structured mindset.

Be willing to learn and adapt to a new environment easily.

He/she should be proactive, energetic & results-oriented.

Have the ability to train & motivate a team.

Responsibilities

Monitor compliance on a daily basis at various depots.

Developing strategies on discovering and pursuing new sales prospects & markets for vendors.

Working closely with Sales Officers & Market Controllers to meet daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.

Reviewing sales performance of the various depots by measuring the stated KPIs

Supervise and motivate depot staff.

Conduct formal audits at depots in accordance with the company’s processes.

Participate in and sometimes manage meetings with sales staff.

Take part in market stormings for new depots.

Offer support to Market Controllers in the market or at the depot.

Work with the team on the development of action plans to increase depot performance

: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 3 years
