Profile Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing
At least 2-3 years’ experience in Sales.
Experience in the Ventilation Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC) sector will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell company products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Engage customers on a regular basis to identify and fulfill new opportunities while establishing any shortfalls in service delivery for remedial action
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other sections
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through regular feedback
Follow up on payments from clients under his / her portfolio
