Key responsibilities:Ensuring safe custody of all company assets by monitoring and controlling the movement of vehicles, people and goods onto and off company premises,Leading and managing investigations of all reported incidents, including fraud and advice management on corrective actionLeading and managing contracted third-party security service providers to meet the company's requirementEnsuring that the company's representation in court on security matters is adhered to and appropriate report to management is madeEnsuring compliance with company security and safety measures including carrying out spot checksLeading security surveys, conducting security audits, and reviewing security measures on existing projects to ensure appropriate measuresEnsuring induction and training of third-party security staff in line with the company policies and guidelinesLeading in the provision of security information and awareness and leading in best practicesEnsuring installation and maintenance of security systems and equipmentRequirementsQualifications required:Minimum academic qualification: University DegreeQualifications as an added advantage: Postgraduate diploma in business managementProfessional registration: N/AExperience required:General work experience (years): Ten yearsSpecific to the position (level/discipline/years): Five yearsIndustry: Two yearsKey competencies and skills:Good Planning and organizing skillsGood investigative, Analytical and good report writerExcellent communication skillsLanguage requirements:EnglishKiswahiliComputer literacy:Microsoft Office operating systemsSAPPersonality profile:Honest, decisive, enthusiastic, self-motivated and hands-on person
